Booking & Cancellation Policy
* There is parking for one car on site and free parking in the surrounding roads is readily available.
* Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booked start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short & still be charged for the full session. If your chiropractor is running late due to a prior emergency this will not affect your treatment duration.
* If you are not able to attend your appointment we would be grateful if you could please contact us ASAP so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.
* If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance a charge of 50% of the treatment may be added to your next appointment at the chiropractor's discretion. Patients who fail to attend without giving notice will be charged in full.
